Step Two: Design and Prototype
We complete a free design, working with you to incorporate every essential design element, from hinges to latches and custom foam inserts. This approach minimizes shock and mitigates vibrations to keep your sensitive goods secure. We can also produce a prototype if you need to see the ATA case in action. This is also when we’d share a transparent quote with you.
Step Three: Product Approval
After we’ve delivered the design and, if requested, the prototype, you can review it and offer any critiques or request needed changes. Once you approve the final design, we’ll move to manufacturing.
Step Four: Manufacture and Delivery
Once you approve of the design, the ATA case will be moved to manufacturing. Our lead times generally range between one day and two weeks, so you’ll have the cases when needed. If you’re concerned about them taking up space at your manufacturing facility, you can opt for just-in-time delivery, and we’ll hold the cases until you need them.
