Wood Crating
Wood crating has a variety of use cases, but is typically best for large, heavy machinery or bulky items that cannot fit in an injection molded case or ATA flight / road case. Wood crates provide the best protection from direct impacts and during transportation, whether it’s across town or across borders.
Our crates are ISPM-15 certified and are fully customizable to include foam, shelves, shock absorbers, ramps, latches, and more where needed and desired. We regularly build crates ranging from small 2’ cubes to massive 30’ long, 16’ wide crates. While most wood crates are built for single use transportation and then discarded, our custom crates are designed and built to be transported, stored, and shipped multiple times.

Step One: Discuss Your Needs
During a consultation, we’ll request sample products or detailed models of your items with accurate dimensions. We ask questions to understand your design or functionality requests.
Step Two: Approve the Designs and Quote
We’ll provide a complimentary design of your wood crate with add-on features. You’ll receive transparent pricing.
Step Three: Review the Prototype and Request Production
Once the designs and quotes are approved, we can provide a prototype for you. We’ll make modifications as needed and move into production. We typically offer fast turnarounds in about two weeks, and we can hold your items for a later delivery date if requested.
